Start with estimating.

JPL prices its work in CSS Candy today. Estimating is where every job begins, so it is the natural place to start, one module, built well, with the winning tender ready to carry into the project.

We are proposing the estimating module on its own. Two ways to deliver it, set out on the next pages.

  1. Two to three weeks of workshops. We dedicate two to three weeks to workshop your needs with you, with people who understand construction, and tailor the solution around how JPL works.
  2. We prototype it. We build a working prototype on your own workflow, for your team to try, not slideware.
  3. Up to two review rounds. We capture your feedback and refine, over up to two rounds of prototyping and review.
  4. You sign off, then we build. You are happy with every part of the software before we write a line of the production build.

Standard.

Keeping the estimating module running and current. Hosting, updates, fixes and support for the functionality you have.

Premium.

Everything in Standard, plus around five hours a week of development time. A standing allocation for new functionality, changes and enhancements as JPL grows.

A 10% deposit starts the work on either package, with the balance due on go-live. All figures in NZD and exclusive of GST. Maintenance begins once the module is live.
